Preambule
The site is the property of Bubble Distribution sprl in its entirety, including all related rights pertaining to the site. Any partial or total reproduction or copy, automatically becomes subject to the owner’s authority. However, the use of any hypertext links to the site is authorised without the need to ask permission.
You have 7 days to return any goods, to ask for an exchange or a refund. No postal/courier fees will be reimbursed. Please indicate clearly the reasons for returning goods, and the returns number (which must be obtained from us before sending goods back) and the order number. Returns where we are asked to pay the postage on acceptance of the goods (‘contre-remboursement’ in France) will not be accepted: all postage fees are at the charge of the client/purchaser. All goods returned must be wrapped in their original packaging, must not be damaged in any way, and must be accompanied by the returns number. Any used goods will not be accepted as returns nor exchanged.
All goods sold by Bubble Distribution sprl have a legal warranty from the manufacturer of one year. Any warranty requests must be made directly to the manufacturer; only the manufacturer can decide if the product can be warranteed. The goods must be used and maintained as intended
1. Acceptance of conditions
At the time of placing the order, the client accepts and acknowledges in full the terms and conditions shown on the screen without exception. The present terms and conditions govern the contractual relations between Bubble Distribution sprl and the client, with both parties accepting these terms and conditions in full. These terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other terms and conditions featured on any other document, with the exception special dispensations, made in writing.
2. Products
Photographs illustrating products, do not form part of the contract. If errors occur, these can in no instance, be held the responsibility of Bubble Distribution. The majority of products offered to clients by Bubble Distribution are available in our warehouse.
3. Orders
Automatic order confirmation systems are considered as proof of: the nature, the content and the date of the order. Bubble Distribution send their order confirmation to the client via the email address provided at the time of order. The sale is not considered as finalised until this order confirmation has been sent. Bubble Distribution reserves the right to cancel any order from a client against whom legal action has previously been taken concerning payment. Information and contact details given by the purchaser, at the time of order, are taken as final: in the case of an error in the wording or spelling of the contact details of the client, the seller cannot be held responsible if this error renders it impossible for the goods to be delivered.
4. Delivery
After the order has been confirmed, Bubble Distribution will convey to its courier company, all the references relating to goods ordered by the purchaser within 48 working hours. The courier company commits (by way of a contract with Bubble Distribution) to delivering the order to the purchaser’s address provided by Bubble Distribution. Moreover, for deliveries outside of Europe, the client commits to paying all taxes charged for importing the goods; VAT, customs tax, and any other taxes due to the company where the order is delivered. All orders made with Bubble Distribution are destined for personal use by the client and clients or people receiving the order are forbidden from selling on the goods in part or in total. Bubble Distribution cannot be held responsible for any taxes not paid by the client. Delivery will be made by the following companies: DPD, Fedex, UPS or The Postal Service. Delivery will be made within the time-slot arranged with the client by direct delivery of the goods to the client, or in the case of the client’s absence, to another person authorised by the client. Any delay to delivery does not give the purchaser the right to any compensation, interest, or the right to cancel the order. Deliveries to countries within the EEC will be carried out by DPD, Fedex, UPS or the Postal Service. In the case of a technical product, the client should carefully ensure that the appliance is in correct working order, and should read the instruction manual that is provided for him. In the case of apparent faults or problems, the purchaser has the right to return the goods in compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. The following are considered as force majeure, in which case the seller is freed of his obligation to deliver the goods: war, riots, fires, strikes, accidents and if he is unable to be provided with the product by the manufacturer. Goods are transported at the risk of the end client/purchaser. Always check your goods upon reception of delivery. You have 48 hours to make any observations to the courier company in the case of missing or damaged items. For reasons of product availability, an order may be delivered in several deliveries to the client. However, if this is the case, the client will only be charged for a single delivery. If the client wishes for goods to be delivered to 2 different addresses, he must make 2 separate orders, with the associated delivery costs.
5. Retractation
You have 7 days (from reception of the goods) to make any observations. In the case of an exchange or a refund, send back the new, unused and undamaged goods, in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation to the following address:

If the client wishes to exerce his right of retraction, Bubble Distribution is obliged to refund the monies paid by the client, without fees, with the exception of postal fees. The refund will be made within 15 days.
6. Price
Prices are expressed in euros. Prices indicated on the product information pages do not include transport. The price stated on the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes, including VAT for Belgium and EEC countries. This price includes the cost of products, handling fees, packaging, product holding and storage, transport fees, and commissioning fees.
7. Payment
The price billed to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the client by Bubble Distribution. The price of goods purchased is due in full on the day of placement of the order. The payment should be made by bank card showing the sign CB. Online payments can be accepted by Ogone via an Atos secure bank server. You card number is thus directed to the bank’s server, your payment is taken directly by the bank via a secure server without passing by the online shop’s server, thus more thoroughly ensuring that your card details are only known by our banking partner, Atos. The order placed by the client will be not be considered as finalised until the banking payment centres concerned have given their agreement. In the case of refusal by these centres, the order will automatically be cancelled and the client will be alerted by email. Moreover, Bubble Distribution reserves the right to refuse any order from a client against whom legal action is being taken.
8. Litigation/Legal Action
The current contract is subject to Belgian Law. Bubble Distribution cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature; material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or incorrect use of the products sold. This is the same for any modifications made to the products by the manufacturer. The responsibility of Bubble Distribution will be limited to the total amount of the order and Bubble Distribution cannot be accused or held responsible for simple, small errors in the presentation of products, which could result despite all efforts and precautions. In the case of any difficulties in the application of this contract, the client/purchaser has the possibility, before resorting to legal action, to try and reach an amicable solution with the assistance of a professional association, a consumer association or any other advisory body of the client’s choice. The quest for an amicable solution, does not interrupt the short deadline (‘bref délai’) of the legal guarantee, nor the contractual warrantee procedure. Clients are reminded that in normal conditions and with reserve of the courts’ opinion, the respect of the terms and conditions of this contract concerning the contractual guarantee assume that the client/purchaser has honored his financial commitments to the seller. Any complaints will always be responded to with a favourable and attentive attitude, always presuming the good intentions of the person bringing the situation to our attention. In the case of legal action, the client should first and foremost contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution being agreed upon, the Liège Commercial Tribunal (le Tribunal de Commerce de Liège) is the only court considered competent to rule on such a matter, no matter what the country of delivery and the payment method.
9. Guarantee
Bubble Distribution cannot be held responsible for clients not respecting rules, regulations and laws of the country of reception of goods. The responsibility of Bubble Distribution is strictly limited to the value of the product in question, its value at the date of order and this without the right of appeal against the product manufacturer. In all situations, the client benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hiddes vices (Art.1625 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code). On condition that the purchaser provides proof of the hidden defect, it is the seller’s legal obligation to correct any negative outcomes (art.1641 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code); if the client/purchaser wishes to engage a court proceeding, he must do so within a short timeframe (" bref délai ") from the moment of the discovery of the hidden fault (art.1648 of the Civil Code). 10. Legal Information
The collection of information relating to the client for online sales/mail order is obligatory, with such information being imperative for the processing and delivery of orders, the provision of bills and guarantees. Lack of providing such information will incur the non-confirmation of the order. In conformance with the law " Informatique et Libertés ", the processing of such information relating to clients is the object of a declaration by the National Commission Of Freedom and Computers (la Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL)). The client has a right (article 34 of the law of 6th January 1978) to access, modify, correct and delete information relating to himself/herself, which he can carry out by contacting Bubble Distribution. In addition, Bubble Distribution commits to not communicating, free of charge or in return for compensation, the contact details of its clients to a 3rd party.
Minors: in accordance with the decree n°59-107 of 7th January 1959 and with the law n°74-631 of 5th July 1974, the sale of alcohol to minors of less than 16 years of age is forbidden. Any person ordering wine or beer or any form of alcoholic drink from Bubble Distribution confirms that he is over 16 years of age at the date of purchase. Alcohol consumption is damaging to your health. Drink in moderation.
